 In order to centralize the university headquarter services as an independent unit for providing all engineering services, the new office building design project of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Science has been relegated to TTBP consulting engineers. This project located in an area of 3,700 square meters, in the northeastern of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Health Services Campus, Velenjak region, the A’rabi street, next to Ayatollah Taleghani hospital. This building consists of 17 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground and is currently under design process. Adopting an approach to be located in university campus in the future development and with regard to a stable architecture attitude, this project’s initial studies have been carried out to construct a headquarter building. The feasibility of this headquarter location has been investigated and evaluated in relation to other education, research, administrative and service buildings. In addition this building has been designed to stay consistent with the university current and future buildings. For an strategic aim of creating facade, in line with using modular porcelain and glass materials which will significantly reduce the construction time and cost, brick is also useds some parts of the façade especially at the ground level andthe main entrance gate.
